We follow the following protocol to keep you safe:

• Our coaches are late model coaches and each one is fitted with lap sash seat belts.
• We complete a thorough safety check prior to every  departure.
• The coaches are regularly serviced by qualified technicians and maintained to a high standard.
• We hold the required Operator Accreditation (# 900442884) with Queensland Transport.
• Our drivers work under the NHVR (National Heavy Vehicle Regulator) requirements,  in relation to driver fatigue. 

Passenger Health & Wellbeing

Valley Coaches have implemented enhanced procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic so that you can travel with peace of mind. This gives you the client the knowledge that we will keep your health and wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do.

As part of our commitment, Valley Coaches provides additional cleaning, sanitising, and hygiene practices in all areas with emphasis on high touch points and hard surfaces. We use recommended commercial grade cleaning disinfectant and sanitisation products, routines, and monitoring. Valley Coaches ensures that guests and staff will be frequently reminded to adopt protocols for regular hygiene practices. (This includes suppling hand sanitizer on entry to our coaches). Our air-conditioning systems will be subject to thorough checks and increased routine cleaning to ensure the freshest air.
